The GCRE Referral Program gives qualified brokers, attorneys and other real estate professionals in the United States and abroad a structured way to introduce prospective clients and commercial real estate opportunities.

Who May Participate

Licensed Real Estate Professionals

Subject to applicable licensing, state and Broker-of-Record requirements.

Attorneys & Accountants

Only where lawful and consistent with professional rules and client duties.

Other Qualified Professionals

Lenders, advisors and industry professionals, subject to eligibility review.

International Referrers

Subject to local law, cross-border, tax, privacy and payment requirements.

How It Works

Introduce

Submit the prospective client or opportunity and explain the existing relationship.

Review

GCRE confirms eligibility, conflicts, licensing, BOR and compliance requirements.

Document

Any approved referral arrangement is placed in writing before compensable activity.

Serve

The client relationship and responsible transaction execution remain the priority.

Reconcile

Any permitted terms are handled only under the approved written arrangement.
